Upon inspection I found that the condensing fan motor was bad. Replaced the motor, checked for proper operation. OK.

Upon inspection I found that the stem packing and flat washer was bad. Replaced the stem packing and replaced the flat washer. Checked for leaks and proper operation. OK.

Plumber, plumbing, valve replacement, thermocouple, 24. After installing gas valve, it still wouldn’t hold a pilot flame. Replaced thermocouple and it works great now. Water Heater Repair: Gas Valve Replacement. Upon arrival customer stated that their water heater wouldn’t relight the pilot. Upon inspection I found that the gas valve had gone out. Replaced the gas valve with new one and replaced thermocouple. Checked for gas leaks and proper operation. OK.
